BLACK QUEEN

by Tim Mighty Servant Austin

You have the special ingredients of the quintessential proverbs 31 virtuous woman. Your essence and classy mannerism radiates positive energy. Your seasoned speech is beautiful beyond measure. Your gift as a worship warrior, prophetess, mother, humble spirit, woman of wisdom, poetess, and being diplomatic makes you like Abigail & Deborah. Your encouraging words attracts those that need to be empowered. You embody royalty. You're a precious black jewel so you should be treating like a diamond. Your divine mate has a mandate to love, salute, celebrate and praise you everyday. Your kindness is always beautiful. You don't have to demand respect your spirit speaks life. You walk into a room and light it up because you exemplify joy. When you sing it regulates the central nervous system and says: O' Happy Days. You're a gift of God because you have the beauty and the brains. Your best is always good enough. Your lifestyle says peace so that's what you attract. SHALOM! Chilvary is still apart of the gentleman's code of conduct. You're a black queen and their approval isn't needed because you're accepted in the beloved. You are God's workmanship. You Are Enough. In the infamous words of Amam Ali: Woman are delicate creatures with strong emotions, who has been created by the almighty God to shoulder responsibility for educating society and moving toward perfection. God created woman as a symbol of his own beauty, and to give solace to her partner and her family. Black queen you embody the love of Christ everyday.

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” — Ephesians 2:10

INSPIRATIONAL WRITINGS BY THE ENCOURAGER

Tim Mighty Servant Austin

VICTORY MOMENT!

ENCOURAGEMENT

"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel".

~MAYA ANGELOU~

Encouragement is defined as an expression of support or approval, or is words or actions that assist or inspire someone. When you praise a child and encourage him to keep trying this is an example of encouragement. If, I were to look at the word encourage it simple means, to inspire courage. The biblical definition of encouragement centers around the idea of building strength and courage in the inner self.

The spiritual gift of encouragement is the special ability God gives to inspire others to reach their full potential by challenging, comforting and guiding them in such a way that they are motivated to grow. We've done people a disservice in the area of encouragement. Some of us don't know how to support a person that's suffering by our approach, words, and demeaner without being domineering or insensitive and meeting people where they are by putting ourselves in their shoes and practicing empathy.

We lack tact in difficult situations and the ability to uplift people with our peaceful presence. As, christians we should never expect an immediate change of emotions or state of being when it does not happen on our time and have the response that when that does not happen they are hopeless (beyond help). God never gives up on us no matter how dark of a place we find ourselves in.

The question to ask is: How do I help the situation? Your words can either restore or tear a person down. As, well as depending on the words you use they can send a discouraged person spiraling downward. Pressure is definitely not the answer. You have to surround yourself with people who care about you, and who love you, and who can see you're hurting, but who keep encouraging you. Solomon said: Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up (Proverbs 12:25). There is a critical approach that need to be utilized especially when you're in a position to encourage others. I think Paul hit the hammer on the nail when he said: Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers (Ephesians 4:29). ALWAYS HAVE A SPEAK LIFE MINISTRY!

In conclusion, I believe It's important to have the approach of always being patient, kind, extend grace, in addition to exemplifying the love of God. The most powerful words of encouragement are: I understand, I care, I'm praying for you not try to fix them. Relative to the passage in Joshua man must

MINISTRY ENCOURAGEMENT

May God continue to use you for his glory and grant you his choices riches blessings 🙌

Your ministry is not a waste; your service is not a waste. Don't waste your sorrows. Transform pain into power. Turn trials into triumphs. Transfer burdens into blessings. Transmute wounds to wisdom. Turning stronghold energy into purpose. Reverse the curse. No matter what you go through in life, praise him when things are going good, praise him when things are going wrong, praise him when things become shaky, and praise him anyhow. Focus on service strive for greatness and pursue excellence as it pleases God. It’s not about ME. It’s not about YOU. It’s not about THEM. It’s all about HIM. To BUILD the life you want CREATE the WORK you LOVE perfect your CRAFT and create your own BRAND. Focus on your why, your assignment, your purpose, and your calling. Your ministry is found where you’ve been broken; but your testimony is found where you’ve been restored. Be delusional enough to believe it’s possible. Be disciplined to prove yourself right.

~YOU CAN'T STOP A STORM BUT, ASK GOD FOR THE ABILITY TO ENDURE THE STORM~

THERE IS GREATNESS WITHIN YOU. GO AFTER YOUR DESTINY. IT’S POSSIBLE FOR YOU. JESUS MADE IT POSSIBLE. I RECOMMEND JESUS. GRATITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING. GREATNESS AT IT’S BEST! GO BE GREAT!

A word of encouragement spoken over the ministry

MINISTRY PURPOSE

A life lived with purpose, passion, and achievement is attainable for all, as it appears you have taken hold of that.

As you MINISTER, may you give individuals who are hungry for life...wisdom, insight, understanding, and inspiration of a God who cannot fail.

As you MOTIVATE, may you reveal universal truths that teach people to get from where they are to where they need to be, and may you act as a change-agent in the process.

As you MENTOR, may you empower others to lead more fulfilling lives that ultimately will enhance the kingdom.

In a world filled with dubious paths to success, God looks forward to your continued work, showing that placing Christ first is the catalyst that catapults not only spiritual blessings, but also a life filled with limitless possibilities.

Keep being MIGHTY SERVANT!
